According to Article 4 of the Articles of Incorporation, the scope of JCT business includes: 

I. To perform the research, planning, and execution related to healthcare organization accreditation, certification, and inspection commissioned by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. 

II. To assist in conducting healthcare service quality assessment and accreditation. 

III. To create and monitor a national database on healthcare service quality by establishing a quality indicator system.nbsp;

IV. To organize education and training activities to assist healthcare professionals' training. 

V. To assist and guide healthcare organizations in their quality management and improvement efforts. 

VI. To publish books, journals, guidance, and promotional materials to advocate for healthcare quality improvement. 

VII. To facilitate and organize healthcare quality improvement activities.
